(Must be 18+): EMERGENCY CONTACT (Name & Number): DESIRED ROLE / DEPARTMENT: This Volunteer Application & Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Spring Awakening Music Festival (the "Festival") and the individual designated above (the "Volunteer"). VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT: Volunteer agrees to work a minimum of three (3) shifts, each lasting four (4) to six (6) hours, as scheduled by the Festival Coordinator. Schedules are subject to change. Failure to show up for scheduled shifts without valid prior notice will result in immediate revocation of festival access passes and possible banning from future events. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Volunteer understands that this is an unpaid, volunteer position. In exchange for completing all assigned shifts, Volunteer will receive: One (1) General Admission weekend pass to the Festival. Access to designated volunteer camping areas. One (1) official volunteer t-shirt. Meals provided during active shift hours. CONDUCT AND POLICIES: Volunteer represents the Festival and must act in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner at all times while on site. Zero Tolerance Policy: Any use of illegal drugs, unauthorized consumption of alcohol during shifts, harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate dismissal and removal from the Festival grounds. Volunteers must wear their designated volunteer uniform while on shift and must not wear it while off-duty. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Volunteer acknowledges that participating in the Festival involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and exposure to loud music, large crowds, and varying weather conditions. Volunteer hereby assumes all risks associated with participation and completely releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Spring Awakening Music Festival, its organizers, owners, affiliates, and the venue from any claims, demands, or causes of action. MEDIA RELEASE: Volunteer grants the Festival unrestricted rights to use their name, image, and likeness in any photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, without any additional compensation.
